A Power Elf II Eszköz Töltőközpont bemutatása

A Power Elf II egy asztali töltőközpont, amelyet több eszköz egyidejű töltésére terveztek. A vezetékes és vezeték nélküli töltés egy kompakt, 70 x 70 x 60 milliméteres házban egyesül. A töltőközpont 65 W-os USB gyorstöltést, két hálózati aljzatot, visszahúzható kábelt és levehető mágneses vezeték nélküli modult kínál. A vezeték nélküli modul a készülék tetejére dokkolható, vagy leválasztva éjjeliszekrényen, illetve kézben tartva is használható. A szilikon tapadókorongos talp stabilan tartja a töltőközpontot a gyakori csatlakoztatások során. A ház lángálló műszaki anyagokból készült, a belső zónákra osztás pedig elválasztja a magas- és alacsonyfeszültségű részeket.

Egyedi tulajdonságok: The Modular Multi Device Power Hub integrates both wired and wireless charging in a compact, portable design, suitable for various environments like work, home, and travel. It features 65W USB fast charging, dual AC outlets, a retractable cable, and a detachable magnetic wireless module, supporting devices such as laptops, tablets, and phones. The wireless module can be separated or magnetically docked on top, offering easy access for gaming, video viewing, or bedside use.

Gyártástechnológia: The product adopts a modular structural design, with the housing made from flame-retardant engineering materials to meet safety and certification requirements for power products. Internally, clear structural zoning effectively isolates high voltage AC modules, low voltage output modules, and wireless charging components, enhancing overall safety and operational stability. The surface finish combines injection molding with refined surface treatments, ensuring mass production feasibility while improving durability and perceived quality.
Design kihívás: This desktop power hub integrates wired, wireless, and retractable charging solutions into a single compact system, aiming to improve desktop organization and charging efficiency by reducing exposed cables and plug-in interference. Designed based on real desktop usage scenarios, the addition of a silicone suction base allows the device to remain stable and orderly even during frequent multi-device use, reflecting a deep understanding of everyday power needs.
The primary challenge was balancing multi-interface integration, high power output, safety compliance, and heat dissipation within a limited volume. The combination of multiple interfaces and high-power modules significantly increased internal structural complexity and imposed higher demands on thermal management and electrical isolation. To address this, the design employs functional zoning, layered layouts, and coordinated optimization of structure and materials. Through multiple prototype iterations and continuous internal space adjustments, the final design achieves a well-balanced solution in terms of compactness, performance, and reliability.
Kutatás: We found that charging the device on the desktop is a very troublesome task. Because there are many devices that need charging, the power cords and charging cables will be very messy. If wireless charging is required, a large number of devices will also be needed. By conducting research on charging devices, we have developed a product that solves the problem of charging on the desktop.
Inspiráció: Modern users rely on laptops, phones, tablets, and accessories throughout the day.Charging needs shift between desk, bedside, and living spaces.Traditional chargers are fixed, cluttered, and context limited.So，one user. Multiple devices. Constantly changing spaces.
Projekt időtartama: The project will commence in June 2025 and be completed in December 2025.
Működési folyamat: The power hub supports simultaneous charging of multiple devices. Users can simply connect laptops, tablets, or smartphones via AC outlets, USB ports, the retractable cable, or the wireless charging area to start charging immediately. The built in retractable cable extends and retracts according to usage distance, reducing cable clutter, while the silicone suction base stabilizes the device during frequent plug in and unplug operations, preventing slipping or tipping. The interaction is designed around high frequency desktop use scenarios, ensuring a stable, intuitive, and well organized multi-device charging experience.
