Integrating photovoltaic panels, smart home automation, and sustainable materials sets new standards for luxury real estate, offering a seamless connection between nature, technology, and elegance.

- Spanning 425 sqm over four levels, the residence uses energy efficient insulation, triple glazed windows, and smart systems like knx automation to control climate and energy usage. The rooftop pool features an eco friendly heat pump, ensuring sustainability and luxury.
