Ovaj privatni klub pruža suvremeni životni stil odabranoj zajednici, integrirajući objedovanje, kušanje vina, čajne ceremonije i društvena okupljanja uz slikovite poglede na rijeku. Iskorištavajući u potpunosti svoj položaj uz rijeku Yong, dizajn uključuje prostrane minimalističke prozore koji povezuju unutarnje i vanjske prostore, stvarajući uranjajući doživljaj prirode.
