Aselsan sučelje instrumentne ploče nove generacije omogućuje novu razinu korisničkog iskustva za vozače kao dio Aselsan sustava električnog vozila. UX UI dizajn ima za cilj pružiti korisnicima besprijekorno i intuitivno iskustvo vožnje uz smanjenje kognitivnog opterećenja. Kombiniranjem minimalističkih 2D elemenata s osjenčanom 3D grafikom postiže se poboljšana dubina i slojevitost. Ključne informacije kao što su brzina, stanje punjenja i potrošnja energije jasno se prenose putem polukružnih mjerača. Poruke upozorenja označene bojama omogućuju korisnicima brzo prepoznavanje hitnosti potrebnih radnji.

Jedinstvena svojstva: As one of the Aselsan Electric Vehicle System components, Aselsan Instrument Cluster acts as a connection point between driver and vehicle. The UX/UI design aims offering users a clean and intuitive driving experience. Minimal and sharp UI design interacts its users without increasing cognitive load. Overall, 2D components are used together with shaded, 3D graphics to increase the depth and layering. Warning messages are separated into color groups according to criticality level.

Proizvodna tehnologija: UX/UI designs and prototypes are made in Figma.
Dizajnerski izazov: Using the new advanced Aselsan Instrument Cluster as a blank canvas, transferring its visual qualities to the driver, designning an expressive, next generation yet subtle and user friendly interface and creating a transparent working environment for the drivers were the main challenges.
Istraživanje: With the determination of UX UI requirements according to vehicles technical features, customer and project needs benchmark and field researches are made in order to assess the recent tendencies both functionally and visually. With the creation of initial designs, series of 3D analyses are made to review the field of view of different types of user groups through the steering wheel. User researches are made with professional commercial vehicle drivers. Revisions are made according to the results.
Inspiracija: Aselsans new generation instrument cluster offers a high resolution screen and a wide range of colors to its stakeholders. This high quality screen enables a new level of user experience for electric vehicle drivers. In the design process, improving one of the most crucial touch points of a public transportation drivers working environment and making sure that the drivers are getting the feeling of the technology and electricity behind it, was the main source of inspiration.
Trajanje projekta: The project started in August 2021 in Ankara and finished in January 2024 in Ankara.
Tijek rada: The interaction with the screen is made with the help of a button group. Button group comprises 3 gear selection buttons, one rotary knob which enables cruising within the menus, increasing & decreasing the values by the rotary function and selection with the pushing function. There are 3 more buttons which are functioning as a home, back and brightness button. Additionally, since the vehicle that the cluster is used will operate in a speed-limited area, the speedometer has been set to 25 km/h.
