Jinmao Palace je unutarnje uređenje pokaznog stana površine 550 četvornih metara. Stil je moderan, internacionalan i luksuzan, kombinirajući kvalitetu s udobnošću. Inspiracija dolazi iz talijanske kulture življenja i modernističke estetike koja se proširila iz Italije pedesetih godina 20. stoljeća. Korištena je talijanska nappa goveđa koža fine strukture te uvozna ekološka koža, a sofa kombinira kožu i tkaninu. Drvni detalji su fino izrezbareni.
