O dizajnu Kolektif Platforma za zaposlenike

Kolektif je web aplikacija u kojoj zaposlenici mogu pratiti svoje poslove vezane uz ljudske resurse i družiti se. U ovoj aplikaciji mogu kreirati i prilagoditi svoje profilne stranice, pratiti obavijesti i objavljivati ažuriranja. Istovremeno, zaposlenici mogu vidjeti profile svojih kolega, lajkati njihove objave i pregledavati priče tvrtke. Zaposlenici također mogu zahvaliti svojim kolegama ili drugim timovima korištenjem stranice za izražavanje zahvalnosti. Nova baza podataka stvara se kroz sve ove osobne unose za prijedloge edukacija i aktivnosti prilagođene svakom zaposleniku.

Jedinstvena svojstva: Kolektif is an employee platform. It offers both social and human resources functions. Each employee has a profile, and the platform offers multiple social media functions like following other profiles, posting on thee timeline, stories, post comments as well as likes. The platform also acts as a human resources platform where employees can see the latest announcements, and access different human resources functions. The medium has also an appreciation page where the employees can thank their coworkers under different categories.

Dizajnerski izazov: There was a need for a platform where employees could be more socially active. However, human resources also needed to create a personalized database for its employees. The idea of Kolektif emerged in order to bring the priorities of the two sides together on a common platform. The employees would add special skills related to their job or personal interests to their profile and socialize at the same time. Thanks to this customized data, human resources employees would also be able to offer special activities, training, and personal development suggestions to each employee.
Istraživanje: We had workshops with our staff, human resources staff and managers to determine the needs and functions. We guided the scope studies with our workshop outputs. We conducted dashboard and social media design benchmarking research. We got meaningful insights with these researches and use them to creating personas, customer journey mappings. To evaluate our design and observed users behaviors, we ran several user testing.
Inspiracija: Operating from its Istanbul headquarters, 19 regional directorates and 711 branches across Turkey, Akbank is staffed by more than 12 thousand employee. Thee idea behind the development of Kolektif was the create a dynamic social media platform to keep this dispersed employee base connected. By also gathering different human resources functions in a single place, the platform aims to create at most convenience to the employees
Trajanje projekta: The project started in April 2020 in Istanbul and had first released in May 2021 in Istanbul. It is an ongoing process with updates depending on new needs. It is an ongoing process with updates depending on new needs.
Tijek rada: Through the Kolektif platform, employees can perform all their human resources affairs from a single channel. In addition, they create their own profiles and can update them whenever they want, containing their personal and work-related skills and making social shares. They can see their colleagues' information and interact with their posts. They can also thank their colleagues. With all these personal entries, a new database is created for employee-specific training and activity suggestions.
