Villa Antioquia je privatna rezidencija smještena u Cap Cani, Punta Cana, Dominikanska Republika. Kuća obuhvaća 1130 kvadratnih metara izgrađene površine na parceli od 2630 kvadratnih metara. Dizajn stvara unutarnje prostore koji su fizički i vizualno prožeti s vanjskim prostorima parcele. Lokalni klimatski uvjeti odredili su korištenje prirodne ventilacije.
