היל פרמאונט הוא עיצוב פנים למגורים עבור בית בשטח של 1542 רגל רבוע. אסתטיקה וינטג'ית מפורשת מחדש בגישה עכשווית, עם קשתות, קווים נקיים וקרניזים דקורטיביים על רקע ניגודים נועזים של ירוק אמרלד ובז' קרמל. אי פיסולי עם עיטור קווי מספק אחסון ומכוון את התנועה בין אזורי המגורים והאוכל. דלת מסתובבת מחברת בין המלתחה לחדר העבודה ומאפשרת פרטיות גמישה. משטחי שיש בעבודת אומן ואריחים בעיצוב אישי משלימים את חלל הפנים.

Push-to-open cabinetry, concealed ducting, and integrated drainage systems combined craftsmanship with modern building technology, ensuring durability and design accuracy.

- The greatest challenge at Hill Paramount was uniting vintage aesthetics with contemporary living demands. Internally, the design required balancing historical motifs such as arches and moldings with modern spatial efficiency. Externally, structural constraints and material availability limited certain choices. Through digital modeling, custom fabrication, and close collaboration with craftsmen, the team overcame these obstacles to deliver precision detailing and bold color contrasts in a cohesive home.
