אפיזוד קמפוס שינצ'ון הוא מתקן דיור משותף הממוקם ברובע שינצ'ון בסיאול, דרום קוריאה, בסמוך לארבע אוניברסיטאות מרכזיות. הבניין כולל חמש עשרה קומות ו-393 יחידות מגורים, החל מחדרים קומפקטיים בשטח של 8.6 מטרים רבועים ועד יחידות גדולות יותר בשטח של 42.8 מטרים רבועים. במקום מוצעים שנים עשר מתקנים קהילתיים, ובהם חללי עבודה משותפים, אולפני מוזיקה, טרקליני בישול, אזורי ריכוז, אזורי הרפיה וחדרי כביסה. פלטפורמה דיגיטלית מנהלת את הזמנת החללים המשותפים. התכנון משלב חדרים פרטיים עם אזורים לאינטראקציה קהילתית.

- The project commenced development in December 2019 in Seoul, South Korea, with investment decision and initial planning phases. Architectural design development proceeded through 2020-2021, with construction permit approval obtained in February 2021. The facility is located in Seoul's Shinchon district, strategically positioned adjacent to four major universities including Yonsei University and Ewha Womans University.
