מבנה מגורים הוא פרויקט עיצוב פנים למבנה מהמאה ה-17 על טיילת האגם באיברלינגן, גרמניה. המבנה משמש כמסעדה מאז 1957. השיפוץ משמר את ההיסטוריה של המבנה ומיישם שיטות בר-קיימא. מבני התמיכה הקיימים שוחזרו ורהיטים היסטוריים קיבלו ייעוד חדש. קורות עץ ישנות וסמלים היסטוריים שולבו בתוך חלל הפנים. גווני כחול באזור הבר משקפים את צבעי האגם, וחלונות מוגדלים פותחים נופים רחבים אל עבר המים.

- The building at Seepromenade 11 in Ueberlingen, dating back to the 17th century, has housed a restaurant since 1957 and has been owned by the Oexle family since 1920. The renovation preserved its history while embracing sustainability, with upcycled structural elements and repurposed furniture. The lakeside location influenced the design, with colors and materials reflecting the water’s hues. Enlarged windows offer stunning views, strengthening the connection between the building and the lake.

In the seminar area and vacation apartments above, the sensation of floating above the water enhances the visual and emotional bond with the serene surroundings.
