לוקסורה היא יאכטת מנוע יוקרתית במיוחד, שתוכננה לנסיעות, הרפיה ובידור. אורכה של היאכטה 75 מטרים ורוחבה 12 מטרים, עם שוקע של 3 מטרים. גוף הספינה עשוי פלדה באיכות גבוהה, והמבנה העליון עשוי חומרים מרוכבים עם גימורים בכרום וזהב. חרטום הספינה מזכיר את צורתה של לימוזינה קלאסית. שישה סיפונים מאפשרים אירוח של עד 30 אורחים ו-15 אנשי צוות. משטח נחיתה למסוק ושני סירות דינגי תומכים בטיולים ויציאות. שני מנועים בהספק של 3,000 כוחות סוס מאפשרים מהירות מרבית של 18 קשרים.
