- Casa de Mar is a single-family residence located in the northern part of the city of Mérida, Yucatán. The central concept on which this project is based is the symbiotic relationship between architecture and the surrounding nature. The goal is to create interconnected spaces that allow for the enjoyment of the tranquility of the gardens, while taking advantage of the benefits of natural ventilation and lighting.

Local materials like stone and wood were chosen for durability, low maintenance, and integration with the environment.
