המגורים בלימסול VI הם בית פרטי שתוכנן כמבנה בעל צריכת אנרגיה כמעט אפסית. הבית נפתח דרומה ואל הנוף, ומנצל את התנאים הסביבתיים המקומיים כדי להשיג נוחות תרמית. צורה לבנה בצורת האות Z מספקת הגנה מפני השמש ומחברת בין חניה מקורה לבין הנפח המרכזי של הבניין. חלונות גדולים מכניסים אור יום ומקשרים בין הפנים לסביבה. הפריסה מפרידה בין אזורים ציבוריים לפרטיים ומגנה על הפרטיות מפני הרחוב. השלד עשוי בטון מזוין, וכל המבנה מבודד תרמית.

- The aim of this project in Limassol was the creation of an nZEB, bioclimatic house, which is open to the south and to the view, whilst it takes advantage of the environmental conditions in order to achieve thermal comfort. The need for sun protection was resolved by the creation of a white "Z" shaped form, which integrates the covered parking spot with the main building volume.
