ג'ין וצ'ואן הוא עיצוב פנים למסעדה הממוקמת במרכז מזרח הונגצ'יאו, שנחאי, סין. הפרויקט משתרע על שטח של 2,000 מ"ר וכולל עשרה חדרי אוכל פרטיים, עם מקום ל-200 סועדים. העיצוב משלב סגנון בין-לאומי שוויצרי מודרני עם אמנות הקרמיקה של ג'ינגדג'ן. פריטי הקרמיקה המיוחדים מיוצרים בעבודת יד בג'ינגדג'ן ונשרפים בטמפרטורה של 1400 מעלות, כך שכל פריט הוא ייחודי. עיצוב הפנים מתייחס לתרבות באשו ולמטבח הסצ'ואני, ומשלב את מורשת הקולינריה הזו עם וויסקי. העיצוב הושלם בשנת 2022.
