העיצוב נועד להפחית את המטופלים' חרדה ומתח, האצת החלמה, קיצור אשפוזים, הפחתת שימוש בתרופות, הפחתת כאב וקידום תחושת רווחה על ידי יצירת סביבת ריפוי מתוכננת היטב. מרחבים נועדו להיות מטפחים וטיפוליים. ברמה הארגונית, העיצוב עוזר לשפר את שביעות רצון הצוות, הפרודוקטיביות והשימור. צורת המבנה מאפשרת זרימה טבעית של חלל, אוויר ואור. התכנון משלב שיטות מתקדמות למערכות תאורה, תאורת יום, HVAC וטיפול במים המשתמשות בפחות אנרגיה באופן משמעותי.

- The design was based on natural light and natural materials.
High performance glazing system was chosen for elevations and skylight to get the most healthy use of daylight. Terracotta tiles was chosen for exterior cladding. - אתגר עיצובי
- The real challenge was how to adapt the design to create a healing environment that in turn reduces patients' anxiety and stress, speeds recovery, shortens hospitalization, reduces medication use, reduces pain, and promotes well-being. - The concept to create healing environment to engage patients in the conscious process of self-healing and spiritual growth. Spaces are designed to be nurturing and therapeutic and, most important, to reduce stress. The design creates a clear separation of zones of activities, with departments and functions located based on access point proximity, flow and way-finding. All clinics and staff spaces provide access to outside views and landscaped terraces.

- The design creates a clear separation of zones of activities, with departments and functions located based on access point proximity, flow and way-finding. Design of building is modular so there is ease of understanding, movement and fining the required section.
