"אחוזת ההר" הוא עיצוב פנים של מרכז מכירות המשתרע על פני 1085 מטרים רבועים. העיצוב שואב השראה מתיאורי בתי מגורים הרריים שכתבו חכמים קדמונים. עקומות וקווים מודרניים משולבים עם צורות גיאומטריות לאורך כל החלל. חלק מהרצפה המקורית הורם, ומדרגות מסמנות את שינוי המפלס. הפריסה הפתוחה והריהוט המסודר באופן חופשי מאפשרים אירועי קהילה, שיתוף נושאים והצגת מוצרים. החומרים כוללים אבן, גימור עץ, מתכת, זכוכית מחוזקת בחוטים, אקריליק וסרט נטול מתכות כבדות וממסים אורגניים נדיפים.

- The open space layout, free combination of furniture, fashion and simple color collocation are all full of international aesthetic. Community interaction, theme sharing and roadshow activities can be carried out here to create a shared, interactive and cultural social space. By partially lifting the space of the original site, the level difference of the ground is changed with stairs.

- As for the interior design, material selection is of great importance, which means that we should not only take consideration of the performance effect and innovation of materials, but also take into account the environmental protection of materials. In this case, a large number of 3M film materials without heavy metals and volatile organic solvents are used in the empty space, which can perfectly realize the space design scheme and bring us unique visual experience.

- The design inspiration is extracted from the description of mountain residence by ancient literati. Modern curve and line elements are combined with geometric figures, which run through the whole space, thus evolving the concept of mountain residence painting.

- The project started in November 2020 in Yantai and finished in June 2021 in Yantai.
