J16 Smart הוא סורק ברקוד רב-תכליתי המיועד לשימוש בתחומי הקמעונאות, הרפואה, הלוגיסטיקה והייצור. תוכנת ניהול מרחוק מאפשרת הגדרת הסורק בלחיצת כפתור אחת. טכנולוגיית האצה מעלה את מהירות הפענוח לעשרים קריאות בשנייה. תאורת מילוי רב-ספקטרלית מזהה את הסביבה הסובבת ומשנה צבע באופן אוטומטי לשיפור הדיוק. פתרון אור מקוטב מפחית חשיפת יתר ותופעות רפאים הנגרמות מברקודים שבורים, מטושטשים או מבריקים. גוף המכשיר עשוי מפלסטיק הנדסי בעל חוזק גבוה, המיוצר בתהליך הזרקה דו-צבעונית.
