"מעגל בלתי מושלם" הוא עיצוב אריזה למכשירי עיסוי לעיניים ולצוואר. הצורה שואבת השראה מהשערים והגשרים של גני סוג'ואו, שבהם לעולם לא מופיע מעגל שלם. הצורה מגנה על המוצר תוך צמצום החלל הריק בתוך האריזה. עבור המבנה נעשה שימוש בחומר ממוחזר בשם SupraPulp, המיוצר מפסולת קני סוכר. ללא עיבוד נוסף, האריזה מתפרקת תוך 45 עד 90 ימים וחוזרת אל מחזור החומרים. הגרפיקה החיצונית הרכה וסכמת הצבעים הרגועה רומזות על הלחץ העדין של עיסוי.
