סיפי ייסט סיף (Cifi Yst Cyf) הוא מרכז מכירות שישמש בהמשך כגן ילדים, המשתרע על פני 1200 מ"ר. העיצוב משתמש בגוון עץ טבעי כטון המרכזי, עם קוביות דמויות בקתות המתחברות ומשתלבות זו בזו. גושי צבע ירוקים וחלונות בגדלים שונים יוצרים מקצב משתנה ומפחיתים את תחושת הפחד מחללים ריקים גדולים. צבעי יער ברוויה נמוכה, מדרגות משחק לבנות וצורות גיאומטריות של בעלי חיים וצמחים משולבים יחדיו. החומרים כוללים טרצו, פאנלים בולעי קול בדוגמת עץ, חיפוי רך מבד וריצוף PVC. הבטיחות מנחה כל פרט ופרט בעיצוב הפנים.
