"פאר הבונגלו בפנטהאוז" הוא עיצוב פנים למגורים שנוצר עבור פנטהאוז בפונה, הודו, בשטח בנוי של 3436 רגל רבועה. חומרים טבעיים ומקומיים משמשים לאורך כל החלל, כולל לבנים חשופות, נחושת מרוקעת, פלדה גולמית, עץ טבעי, אבן קוטה מלוטשת ולא מלוטשת, ובדים מסורתיים. יצירת אמנות מסוג פיצ'וואי (Pichwai) משתרעת על פני קיר שלם, ונדנדת עץ מסמנת את אזור המגורים. סנפירים אנכיים בצד המזרחי, חלל מרכזי בגובה משולש וחלונות גג מעצבים את האור והצל ותומכים באוורור צולב.

- It’s not every day that you come across a house that makes you wonder if you’re really amidst the hustle & bustle of a city life!
The design reflect distinctive use of natural textures and palette ranging from beaten copper, traditional fabrics,polished & unpolished kota, exposed brick & concrete
The house gives a sense of liveliness and comfort, with a hint of moody tones here & there - מידות ואריזה

- Natural & local materials like Exposed brick, beaten copper, steel with raw look, natural wood etc. have been used, to complement these we have used pastel to vibrant shades, traditional fabrics are used through out the house. It is an inward looking house. Along with aesthetics, in entire house light & shadows create different dramatic effects through out the day and year. Proper cross ventilation is ensured keeping the house airy all the time

- Since this is Penthouse, the other floors design was fixed, respecting the the structural designer who has already designed the entire building, we tried not to do any of the structural changes, yet east side fins, triple height central area, skylights and spatial planing of public area like living, dining, kitchen area is done

- The client is from Gujarati family, so his requirement was to have a home which reflects his way of living & lifestyle
The first thing that catches your eye is the Pichwai art that spans an entire wall,followed by a striking wooden swing, these local elements make space contemporary with the essence of Gujarati culture.
The entire east side of the house opens up by means of vertical fins, creating an aesthetic dance of shadow and light, whilst also it receives ample cross ventilation - משך הפרויקט
- The Project started in 2019 in Pune, India and finished in October 2020 facing the pandemic challenge successfully
