אורבן פיץ' גארדן הוא עיצוב פנים לווילה בשטח של 1,800 מטרים רבועים. הקומה הראשונה מסודרת בהתאם לתרחישי החיים ומסלולי התנועה. הכניסה המקורה פונה אל החצר המרכזית, שבה עצי אורן יוצרים נוף טבעי בחלון. סלון שקוע וחדר אוכל ממוקמים לצד החצר, מופרדים אך לא סגורים, כך שהאזור נראה מרווח ומואר. המרתף נפתח בשלושה אטריומים ותוכנן לפנאי וספורט תוך ניצול אור טבעי. החומרים כוללים אבן, גימור עץ, צבע, שטיח ורהיטים.

- The first floor is shaped according to the living scenes and moving lines. The porch faces the central courtyard, and the pine trees form a natural picture in the window with the shadow of trees and clouds.
A sunken living room and a dining room is planned next to the courtyard, separated but not sealed, which looks very spacious and bright.

Step 4: draw construction drawings and confirm the list of building materials and furniture;
Step 5: deliver the construction drawings.
