Co-real Smart Home היא חנות דגל ובניין משרדים בהאנגג'ואו, סין. הפרויקט, בשטח של 1,800 מ"ר, הוא שיפוץ של מפעל פשוט. הבניין מטופל כקופסה לבנה עם נפחים מובחנים המסודרים סביב חצר מרכזית, מה שמעניק לו זהות ברורה בתוך סביבתו. אטריום גבוה פותח את האולם הציבורי, המהווה את מרכז התנועה האופקית והאנכית. הקומה הראשונה כוללת אולם תצוגה למוצרים וחדרי דוגמה שבהם ניתן לחוות כל אחת ממערכות הבית החכם. הקומה השנייה היא אזור משרדים מקיף.

The first floor of the new building is equipped with a product showroom and the intelligent experience sample room of each system of Co-real Home Smart. The second floor is a comprehensive office area.

The public hall is the center of the plane and vertical moving lines. The designer makes a high atrium to open the space, presenting a grand and transparent view.

תהליך הפעולה: Step 1: the preliminary planning and design of space plane;
Step 2: draw the detailed space design scheme;;
Step 3: the owner confirms the overall design scheme;
Step 4: draw construction drawings and confirm the list of building materials and furniture;
Step 5: deliver the construction drawings.
Step 6: supervise the construction process until it is finished.
