אודות The Hub פיתוח תיירותי לשימוש מעורב
The Hub הוא פרויקט פיתוח לשימוש מעורב המיועד לתיירות בהילסוויל, ויקטוריה, אוסטרליה. הפרויקט משלב שוק היסטורי, מרכז קולינרי, מבשלת בירה, מלון, מסעדה ומרכז אירועים. מסלול הולכי רגל מחבר בין כל השימושים לאורך המגרש בגודל שישה דונם (six acre). המבנים יורדים בהדרגה בהתאם לטופוגרפיה, וחומרי אדמה טבעיים מקשרים בין הפיתוח לבין הנוף הסובב אותו. הקונספט העיצובי מביא את החוץ פנימה ופותח את האתר בפני מבקרים המטיילים ברגל. הכוונה היא לתמוך בתיירות המקומית תוך שמירה על אופייה הייחודי של השכונה.
