משרדי סאנטורי פפסיקו הם חלל פנים של מקום עבודה בשטח של 2,100 מטרים רבועים הממוקם בהו צ'י מין סיטי, וייטנאם. העיצוב מחקה את זרימתו של נהר באמצעות מערכת תאורת תקרה מעוגלת ודוגמת המחיצות, התומכות באווירה רגועה בתוך עיר דינמית. דוגמאות מהתוף העתיק דונג סון ושימוש בבמבוק מפנים לתרבות הווייטנאמית. התוכנית מהווה מקום עבודה גמיש והיברידי, השומר גם על עמדות עבודה מסורתיות. אזורים נפרדים תומכים בשיתוף פעולה, שיתוף ידע ומשימות המצריכות ריכוז.

- This is the Suntory PepsiCo office interior design created to imitate the flow of the river such as the curved ceiling light system or pattern of partition that uphold the calm and cozy feeling amid the very dynamic city.
Across the office, ADP feature the company core values along with the Vietnamese elements. The pattern from ancient Dong Son Drum and the bamboo materials was used to highlight the wonderful journey of Suntory PepsiCo in Viet Nam and their commitment to the Vietnamese people. - מידות ואריזה

- The Suntory PepsiCo headquarters delivers an immersive brand experience and the company’s core values that support employees to connect better with the company. This approach combines the calm, elegant mood board with the branding colors, premium material, tailored details that promote the connection of employees and the organization. In addition, ADP leverage the diversity of Suntory PepsiCo products to create inspiring areas featuring images of the products which encourages collaboration, interaction and creativity.

- The ADP-Architects team conducted the workplace index survey which measured the performance of the old office to optimize the design to meet all the requirements of the aim users.

- The design of the Suntory PepsiCo Office is inspired by the company's spirit - the ‘Yatter Minahare’ which is the ambition to dream big, take challenges, and never give up, Suntory PepsiCo wants to strengthen and maintain the leading position in the beverage industry, pursue sustainable development objectives and bring benefits to not only employees and business partners but also contribute to the communities where the company do business and operations.

- The Unilever Homebase project started in September 2021 and finished in December 2021 on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floor of Sheraton Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam

- The Suntory PepsiCo Viet Nam office is a hybrid agile workplace offering diverse choices as to where and how people work while still retaining some traditional workstations to help staff easily adapt to the new working model.
With the focus on human development, ADP builds up space where all activities are supported, from cross-team collaboration, sharing knowledge, brainstorming to the private task that needs great concentration.
