מעון שינסאן מג'סטיק הוא פרויקט עיצוב נוף למגורים הממוקם בנינגבו, ג'צ'יאנג, סין. הפרויקט משתרע על שטח של 3,197 מ"ר. העיצוב שואף ליצור מרחב מגורים התומך במגוון פעילויות ובקשר חברתי. אלמנטים טבעיים, אקולוגיים ותרבותיים משולבים בסגנון מודרני ופשוט. קיר נוף מזכוכית מט בכניסה מרחיב את תחושת קנה המידה המרחבי. זכוכית מט ולבני זכוכית מעצבות אור וצל משתנים. חומרים מנוגדים וגווני שחור, לבן ואפור מעניקים לגנים אופי רגוע ומעודן.
