MGY Base הוא בניין משרדים עבור מותג אופנה בטוקיו, יפן. העיצוב מבוסס על רעיון של בסיס סודי שאנשים רוצים להתכנס בו. הקומה הראשית גובהה 6 מטרים, וחזית זכוכית גדולה יוצרת תחושה של מרחב חצי-חיצוני. רשת תיל בעליית הגג, תאורה בסגנון תעשייתי, ואביזרים העשויים ברזל ופיגומים תומכים באותו נושא עיצובי. לבניין מבנה בטון מזוין ושטח רצפה כולל של 124 מטרים רבועים. החלל הפנימי הפתוח נועד לעודד תקשורת ועבודה נוחה.

The novel corona virus has brought to light the necessity of communication in the office. Our design is an example of an answer to the problem.
MGY Base is an apparel brand office situated in Tokyo. The main floor is 6m high and its huge glass facade gives the impression of semi-outdoor space. Wire mesh used in the loft, industrial taste lighting, iron and scaffold used fixtures, and other details represent the secret base the client asked for. - מידות ואריזה

- Efficiency from the management perspective, offices are increasingly being consolidated into urban areas and are expanding in size. At the same time, more and more start-up companies and companies with an awareness of design management are creating unique offices with an emphasis on quality and design. Against this backdrop, the COVID-19 has called into question the meaning of the office. This was an opportunity to rethink the meaning of working and gathering in one place.
