יובל טקסט: יובל גרופ ביזנס סקוור הוא פנים של מרכז מכירות המשתרע על פני 1,100 מטרים רבועים. העיצוב משלב צורות מודרניות עם אופי טכנולוגי ליצירת מרחב של יוקרה שקטה. שיש, פלדת אל-חלד, אבן מלאכותית, פורניר עץ, בד, אריחים, רצפת עץ ואקריליק גביש כחול משולבים יחד, וקווים באורכים ורוחבים שונים מתווים את המסגרת המפורטת. פיסול ירח גדול עם גרדיאנט צבעים תלוי מעל המרחב המרכזי. גוונים כהים ואפורים רגועים מבליטים את המרקם של כל חומר, בעוד חלונות רבים מכניסים אור יום משתנה ונופים.
