Game da Icy Kwanon Ice Cream

Icy tsari ne na kwanukan yin hidimar ice cream. Ana yawan yin hidimar ice cream a cikin kwano tare da cokali da aka ajiye daban a kan faranti, a kan zane, ko kuma a cikin kwanon din kansa. Icy tana hada wadannan abubuwa tare kuma ta mayar da cokali wani bangare na kwanon hidimar. Wata na'ura mai jan karfe (magnet) a gindin kwanon tana rike da cokali a wurinsa yayin da ake dauke da kwanon domin bayarwa. Kwanukan suna da siffar duwatsun crystal masu fuskoki da yawa da aka daidaita a cikin firam, cikin nau'o'i uku daban-daban, domin nuna alamun kankara mai sanyi da bayyananniya. Kayan da aka yi amfani da su sun hada da aluminium, gilashin crystal, karfen da ba ya tsatsa (stainless steel) da kuma na'urorin jan karfe (magnets).

Zanen Icy Kwanon Ice Cream ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Baƙin Ƙarfe, wata karramawa mai daraja da ake bai wa kyawawan zane-zane waɗanda ke cika buƙatun ƙwararru da masana'antu da ake tsammani daga ƙirƙire-ƙirƙire da aka tsara da kyau. Waɗanda suka lashe kyautar Baƙin Ƙarfe suna nuna babban ƙwarewa, ƙwarewa ta musamman, fahimtar ƙwararru da ikon ƙirƙira na masu ƙirƙirar su. Ana sa ran zanen Icy Kwanon Ice Cream ya zama ƙirƙira da ake girmamawa sosai, ake sha'awa da ƙauna wacce ke da amfani kuma mai sababbin abubuwa. Wannan zane da ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Baƙin Ƙarfe yana haɗa mafi kyawun ayyukan fannin kuma yana da halayen fasaha masu cancanta da ke da alaƙa da sanin yadda da baiwa. Siffofi Na Musamman: "Icy" is an ice cream serving dish set which can hold spoons. The intent is to bring together all the elements required while serving ice cream such as bowl, plate and spoon. The idea is to change the way spoons are placed while serving and treated as a separate entity. It is either placed on the plate or cloth underneath or inside the bowl. Icy makes spoons a part of the serving bowl with a magnetic base to keep the spoon intact. It makes the serving experience more elegant and less retrofit.

Fasahar Samarwa: Materials used are Aluminium, Crystal glass, 18/0 stainless steel and Sm2Co17 magnets. Aluminium has very low Relative Magnetic Permeability of 1 (equal to that of Air). So, it cannot shield the Magnetic field when its thickness is very less. The magnet is required to be embedded in the aluminium base. The pouring temperature while casting of aluminium is around 700 degree Celsius. Therefore, there is a need of a magnet which has high Curie temperature. So, Sm2Co17 magnet is used.
Ƙalubalen Zane: Making right choice of materials was challenging to make the magnetic base work.
Bincike: Prior art Study on materials which do not shield magnetic field was conducted. Aluminium was found to be a suitable material for tableware. Another study on magnets with high Curie temperature was done in order to choose a suitable magnet which will not lose its magnetic property while casting Aluminium at temperature 700 degree Celsius.
Wahayi: It all started in a restaurant when dessert came in a typical ice cream bowl and spoons on a separate plate. It provoked to think that why these elements are treated separately when they are meant to be together. This inspired to design Icy, bringing all the elements together and taking the form of highly refractive faceted crystals with a frame, to give a perception of chill, cold transparent ice pieces of different shapes to serve ice cream in the most elegant and minimalistic way.

Tsarin Aiki: Place the spoon on the inner side groove of the base. The spoon will be attracted towards the base because of the magnet embedded inside it. This helps in keeping the spoon intact and remain stable while carrying and serving. Then place the crystal inside the groove or cut outs on the top of the base. Adjust to make sure the crystal surface coincides with the cuts on the groove. This provides stability and avoid slipping of the crystal on the cut faces of the groove.
