Fitilar Grampo tana amfani da sassaucin halitta na zaruruwan itacen Brazil, wanda ke ba ta damar lanƙwasawa, mannewa, ko cire wurin haske, yana mai da ta tocin batir wanda yake sake caji yayin da aka manne ta a tsayayyar. Wannan ƙira tana bayyana halaye na asali na kayan da kuma sadaukarwa ga samun kayayyaki mai dorewa. Wannan aikin ya haɗa sana'ar itace ta gargajiya da ƙera na zamani, gami da buga na 3D. An yi wahayi ga Fitilar Grampo daga al'adar ƙirar itacen Brazil mai wadata, amma ta haɗa ayyuka waɗanda kawai ake samun su a zamanin yau.

Zanen Grampo Fitilar ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Zinariya, wata karramawa mai matuƙar daraja da ake bai wa zane-zane na matakin farko, masu ban mamaki kuma na musamman. Waɗanda suka lashe kyautar Zinariya ƙirƙire-ƙirƙire ne masu sababbin abubuwa sosai, masu hangen nesa kuma masu haske mai ban sha'awa waɗanda ke nuna hazaƙa, hikima da ƙwarewar masu zanensu. Ana sa ran zanen Grampo Fitilar ya zama ƙirƙira mai yabo sosai, mai kafa yanayi kuma babba wacce ke kawo ƙima da ba a taɓa ganin irinta ba. Wannan zane da ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Zinariya aiki ne mai ban mamaki, mai daraja wanda ke amfanar fasaha, kimiyya, zane da fasahar zamani sosai kuma yana kai iyakokinsu gaba. Zanen Grampo Fitilar yana haifar da tsananin sha'awa, yana tada soyayya ga aiki, yana ƙarfafa ƙirƙira kuma yana burge mu.

Siffofi Na Musamman: The Grampo Lamp, made from sustainably managed Brazilian tropical wood, showcases a unique, flexible design. Its column, with a vertical slit, allows for adjustable positioning of the light spot. This innovation, coupled with a wireless energy transmission system using stainless steel blades, offers versatility and doubles as an emergency light. The touch-sensitive control with three intensity levels, smooth lines, and artisanal craftsmanship highlight its functional elegance.

Fasahar Samarwa: All wood is solid, machined, and hand-finished. The top part was made with grooves for the electrical connection, slightly offset to prevent short-circuiting. The wood spot houses all electrical components, fitted inside a 3D printed case, allowing the entire functional part to be removed for maintenance. Connections to the wires from the previous part are made with laser-cut stainless steel 'flaps' that are insulated from each other, sending energy to the battery. The base houses the wiring that is connected to a USB-C port for charging.
Ƙalubalen Zane: The most difficult part of designing and executing the lamp was to harmonize the wood's flexibility with the internal wire connection that allows the lamp to charge when fitted, and also to fit the electronic components inside the removable spot.
Bincike: The project started from a need to illuminate one of my wall pieces in an exposition; I needed an adjustable light for that. I made 5 pieces for the expo, very simple and minimalist, with wires connected permanently to the spot, and a steel column, but the flexible wood concept was already there at the top. I thought I could expand the idea by making the spot wireless, and felt that the overall aspects of the piece could be sleeker and more elegant, inspired a bit by modern-era Brazilian designers.
Wahayi: Inspired by the flexibility of sustainably sourced Brazilian tropical wood, the Grampo Lamp marries natural beauty with innovative design. It reflects a commitment to environmental responsibility and a fascination with wood's natural properties. This project combines traditional woodworking with advanced manufacturing, including 3D printing, to create a versatile, aesthetically pleasing lamp that pays homage to national identity while pushing the boundaries of sustainable design.
Tsawon Lokacin Aikin: The project started in April 2023 and finished in December 2024. The design and prototyping were all carried out in my shop in Porto Alegre, Brazil.
Tsarin Aiki: The lamp can be adjusted slightly in height and angled to change direction. There is a touch-sensitive button on top of the spot to turn on and dim the light. This spot can be removed, serving as a wireless lantern. The battery is also useful during a blackout, or to allow the whole stand to be moved where there is no nearby energy connection, such as outdoors.
