Lokacin da masu zanen kaya suka karɓi taƙaitaccen bayani daga abokin ciniki, sashin nuni ne ga kasuwa masu wadata. Masu zanen kaya suna so su guje wa kayan alatu madaidaiciya-zuwa-fuskar ku. Wannan rukunin nunin ya kamata ya nuna ma'anar dandano tare da cikakkun bayanai da aka ɓoye a cikin zane-zane sun yi amfani da baki da fari a matsayin jigon launi don sashin nuni tare da alamar launi mai launi daga kayan da aka kwance ko kayan ado na rataye. Babban mahimmancin sashin nunin shine ƙofar. Don ƙirƙirar tasirin Wow, sun yi amfani da fasahar moss.

Zanen Black and White Nuni Naúrar ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Tagulla, wata karramawa mai tsananin daraja da ake bai wa zane-zane na musamman waɗanda ke da ƙirƙira, basira da hikima. Waɗanda suka lashe kyautar Tagulla kayayyakin fasaha ne masu ƙwarewa da ƙirƙira mai ban mamaki waɗanda ke tabbatar da babban gogewa, tunani da dabarun masu zanensu. Ana sa ran zanen Black and White Nuni Naúrar ya zama abu da ake girmamawa sosai, ake sha'awa da ƙauna, mai ƙwarewa da ƙirƙire-ƙirƙire. Wannan zane da ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Tagulla yana haɗa mafi kyawun ayyuka a fasaha, kimiyya, zane da fasahar zamani, kuma yana da kyau saboda kulawarsa ga cikakkun bayanai. Zanen Black and White Nuni Naúrar yana biyan buƙatu da kyau, yana taɓa sha'awa, yana jan hankalin zukata kuma yana jawo sha'awar sani.

Siffofi Na Musamman: When we received the brief from the client, it was a show unit for the affluent market. We want to avoid the classic straight- to your- face luxury. This show unit should portray a sense of tastefulness with details hidden in the designs

We have used black and white as the color theme for the show unit with a hint of accents color from the loose furniture or the hanging decoration.

The main focal point of show unit is the entrance. In order to create the WOW effect, we have used a moss art.

Fasahar Samarwa: Our design has incorporated leather finished marble in the dry kitchen and granite cladding the wall and counted of the wet kitchen
Ƙalubalen Zane: The hardest part of the renovation was the access to the show unit. Imagine the area during the beginning was just a wetland, and we had to carry the materials into the site using truck with chances of it getting stuck in the mud. We are glad we managed to do it anyway and carry out the work with the teamwork from all parties.
Wahayi: The inspiration is coming from the surrounding of the show unit. An environment that's created for the affluent.

Tsawon Lokacin Aikin: The project started in year 2021 during the preliminary design stage. However due to the lock down in Malaysia, we can only carry out the renovation concurrently with the build in 2022.
Tsarin Aiki: The challenge of to construct this interior renovation of the show unit is that, we have to work concurrently with the main builder, as certain part of the show unit has not been constructed yet such as the toilets and the first floor.

The area was pretty secluded and muddy, with limited water resources. Thus, we have to source our water supply at site to ensure the work can be carried out.
