Grand Mansion é un deseño de interiores de vivenda modelo que abrangue 110 metros cadrados en Guangzhou. O salón prescinde do sofá tradicional e da parede de fondo. Unha longa mesa multifuncional serve para almorzar, videoconferencias, traballar, estudar e tomar o té da tarde. O interior divídese en zonas compartidas para o descanso, o traballo e o almacenamento. Un moble multifuncional horizontal difumina o límite entre a zona de estar e a zona de xantar. Os materiais inclúen pintura artística, revestimentos texturizados de parede, chapa de madeira, mármore e ladrillo. A distribución responde ás necesidades combinadas de vivir e traballar.

Propiedades Únicas: The designers have conducted the actual understanding and analysis of the hostess's habits and hobbies. Accordingly, in this case design, the living room no longer has the traditional sofa and background wall, a long table will meet most of the use scenarios: breakfast, video conference, work, study, afternoon tea and so on. The design concept of intermediary came into being, and the designers no longer pursue a single design logic.

Investigación: The way of modern urbanite life person, changes with each passing day. Depending on the personality or the actual needs to work, there is a world of difference. Accommodation is not only refers to the regular living space, but also means multi-area, multi-functional mixed use. Therefore, at different times, different situations, there will be different instant feelings, the mixed feelings of life to release different emotions.
Inspiración: Contemporary young consumer groups, with the impact of the epidemic, the residential use function has undergone tremendous changes. Now the living space can not only have simple functions, it needs more combination of work and rest, diversification, more practical and intimate function superposition, which is the original intention of the design concept of compound residence.
Duración do Proxecto: The project started in July 2022 in Guangzhou and finished in September 2022 in Guangzhou.
