Sobre Blossoming Light Instalación de Iluminación

Blossoming Light é unha instalación de iluminación exterior con forma de flor xigante. A estrutura mide 7 metros de altura e 4 metros de diámetro. Tubos de aceiro inoxidable de sección cadrada forman 88 seccións triangulares unidas por máis de 440 xuntas soldadas. A superficie conta con case 60.000 puntos de luz LED, que permiten proxectar vídeo nunha visión completa de 360 graos. Un sistema de temporización por computador e un sensor de luz axustan a iluminación ás condicións naturais e ambientais. As cores cambian lentamente para suxerir o paso das catro estacións. Seis grupos de decoracións metálicas en forma de flor sosteñen arranxos de flores artificiais.

Propiedades Únicas: Square stainless steel metal tubes are employed as the primary materials to artificially create the structure that is full of curves, whereas the 360 degree structure is such structurally dissected that has stacked up a giant flower shaped profiling object with 7 meter in height and 4 meter in diameter. Besides, the surface is completely covered with nearly 60,000 LED light spots, realizing the video display of 360 degree of view surrounding for appreciated.

Reto de Deseño: In this project, there are whereas the 360 degree structure is such structurally dissected that has stacked up a giant flower shaped profiling object with 7 meter in height and 4 meter in diameter which make the process of constructing more difficult to complete. In the meantime, it is necessary to overcome the variable characteristics of the curved shape and the stability of the structure. To avoid light pollution, our team needs to check every setting lots of times and then show the complete artworks to our audience.
Investigación: We tried to move the detailed and dynamic works that were previously displayed on the flat screen to the outdoor plaza in a 360 degree presentation way. On the other hand, the audience can remember the changes of the natural seasons through viewing.
Inspiración: During the interval between performances, the overall light and color hue will gradually change with the passage of time, which takes after the atmosphere of April from the world. Even more, the structure has also integrated with six groups of metal flower art-work of decorations around, so that the florists are able to endow simulated flower arrangements and create a flowery scene dancing and moving gracefully.
Duración do Proxecto: The exhibition started from 2 January 2022 to 28 February 2022 in Taoyuan City, Taiwan.
Fluxo de Operacións: In this project, our team uses computer controlled timing and light sensor to manipulate the equipment based on environmental lights and natural lights. According to this process, LED lights will change with the timing system. Shows the rhythm of the four seasons according to the passage of time. The light will bring clearer fluorescence illusion.
