Sobre Milagros Botella de auga potable

Milagros é unha botella para auga potable alcalina premium. A botella está feita de PET mesturado cun pigmento azul violeta, unha cor asociada ao rango de pH da auga alcalina. O material tinguido tamén axuda a manter a auga máis estable do que o faría unha botella transparente. A parte traseira curvase cara adentro e leva o nome da marca en relevo, o que facilita a suxeición da botella. Os patróns batik están gravados en relevo nos laterais esquerdo e dereito e repítense na etiqueta impresa. A tapa é de polipropileno morado. A botella mide 239 mm de altura e 63 mm de diámetro.

The purple color that is identical to the pH of alkaline water combined with detailed batik variations on the label and on the left and right sides. And the shape that curves inward embossed by the brand, designed to make it easier to hold

Reto de Deseño: One of the biggest challenge is keep the bottle sturdy because the curvature on the back makes it less sturdy when filled with water, so we make the bottle not perfectly round but with some small indentation lines that act as supporting pole and leaves a label-shaped area that has to be filled with label. But solving this problem makes it difficult for label that have sharp tip placed symmetrically in this area. But with little dot on the bottom of the bottle as a sensor for a label machine , the label can stick perfectly in it's place
Investigación: Milagros Putra Mandiri has known in Indonesia as a company that produced Milagros, a premium alkaline water, and the market is increasingly broad and growing, used as the basis for development of packaging design that are more attractive and more functional.
Inspiración: Milagros has been widely recognized by the Indonesian people as a premium alkaline water. During the time, breakthroughs continued, one of which was in terms of design. Milagros has maintenance elements of a sustainable design philosophy in packaging. While most of the water bottle has been mostly in the form of round shape, we want a bottle that can more easy to hold, has a color that identical to the pH color spectrum of alkaline water and has a characteristic of Indonesia
Duración do Proxecto: The project is completed in July 2020 in Tangerang Indonesia
Fluxo de Operacións: With a coloured blue purple PET Bottle, it can make alkali water more stabile rather than a clear one.
