Surveys, interviews, and usability testing revealed users' desire to view security status within the app. This led to the implementation of new security screens, achieving integrated value delivery through both card and application security features.
Security visualization provides user confidence and leads to increased usage, as demonstrated by an App Store rating of 4.6.
Brosnachadh: In Japan’s growing cashless society, JCB developed its member application under the concept of "Card-App Integration." The application has been renewed with features addressing challenges such as difficulty in tracking card usage and increasing fraud risks. The platform aims to support all users regardless of financial literacy, creating a secure and convenient service experience that can be relied on while working to establish new value in card services.
Faid a' Phròiseict: This renewal project commenced in April 2021 and was initiated in November 2023, with ongoing continuous improvements.
