Methodology included interviews with expatriates, tourists, and business travelers, alongside analysis of existing travel tools serving non-Mandarin speakers. Results revealed critical gaps in local booking access, cultural guidance, and real-time language support. These findings shaped Tripilot's core features: adaptive preference learning, localized content delivery, and an emotionally engaging mascot-driven interface designed to build trust in unfamiliar environments.
