BSG Villas is in wenfilla ûntworpen as in foarbyld fan hjoeddeistige arsjitektuer. It dak is folslein bedekt mei sinnepanielen dy't de enerzjy produsearje dy't it húshâlden nedich hat. De foarm fan it dak makket it ek mooglik dat rein- en sniewetter opfongen wurdt yn opslageenheden, dy't tsjinje as de wichtichste stipepunten fan it gebou. De stielen konstruksje rêst op trije stipebasissen, wêrtroch de ynfloed op de grûn ferminderre wurdt. De filla stiet 6 meter boppe de grûn en berikt 23,80 meter op it heechste punt. In sierlik bassin dêrûnder is sichtber troch in foar in part glêzen flier.

Unike Eigenskippen: The building is a sample of contemporary architecture.The roof of the building is totally covered with a solar panel that produces the energy needed for total energy consumption by the household.Thanks to the roof style, the rain and snow water can be accumulated to be later utilized in the storages which are the main bearings of the building at the same time.The self-contained structure resting on the three bearing bases has a reduced impact on the soil,so allows the soil to enjoy rain and breathe in.
Ofmjittingen & Ferpakking: The structure is 6.00 m high above the soil. The apex of the building is 23.80 m.

There is a huge ornamental pool on the ground, under the building. From the inside of the house, the pool can be seen due to partly glass floor.
