It automates routine processes and makes your work easier and features include maintenance ticketing, full email and communication integration, automated workflow, and separate landlord and tenant facing apps.

Produksjetechnology: For redesign we used Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, After Effect, and Miro. In addition, we used many research tools as user journey maps and user stories to design the experience.
Untwerpútdaging: The purpose of iDWELL is to provide all the necessary functions and features for real estate management. It was challenging to place all the functions of the platform, big data and analytics on one page, not overloading layout and creating an intuitive interaction for our users. We had to spend an extensive amount of time simplifying the complicated information and creating the perfect user journey.
Undersyk: During the initial stage, we analyzed the current design and interviewed users. We found a lot of pain points that managers were experiencing, also we analyzed the market and competitors. Based on the collected information and feedback, we became aware of the scope of the problems and began to create and test hypotheses. In the process, we did a lot of A/B testing before finalizing the redesign.

Property management is the daily oversight of residential, commercial, or industrial real estate by a third-party contractor.
