De romte beslacht 1100 fjouwerkante meter en biedt in rêstich taflechtsoard tusken de heechbouwkantoaren. Betonfoarmen en betsjinne transparante sêfte film meitsje in bosk-eftige omjouwing, wylst in ljochtsjaand membraanstruktuer derboppe in ljochtkoepel suggerearret. Bleatlizzende delrinnende bûizen binne ferburgen binnen de werhelle boskmodules. Spegelroestfrij stiel oan it plafond ferwacht de romtlike grins.
