It hûs is 140 sintimeter boppe de grûn ferheft om iepen útsjoch te bieden oer de omlizzende hynstewaden. It plan is ferdield yn twa assen. Ien as befettet de hynstestâl. De oare as befettet de sliepkeamers, iterusk en de grutte wenkeamer dy't rjochte is op it swimbad. In terras fan 40 meter wurdt beskaad troch in oerstekkend dak fan 3 meter, dat beskerming biedt tsjin de sinne en it sân. De bou makket gebrûk fan isolearre lichtgewicht blokken, glês, in betonkonstruksje en in licht stiel dak.

Unike Eigenskippen: Built on a 10000-m2 site on a farms side of Wafra agriculture area, Kuwait. The house lifted 140 centimeters above the ground to maximize the views of the surrounding horse paddocks. The layout divided into two axes One of them contains the horse stable, while the other dedicated to the bedrooms, dinning and large living area overlocking the swimming pool.
Ofmjittingen & Ferpakking: The 40m terrace shaded with 3m cantilevered roof increases the usable areas also created to work as a protection from the sun and the sandy weather of the region.

Ynspiraasje: The main views from the house are quite turned to the desert landscaping, horses and the swimming pool. Guest and family spaces cover larger area of the house overlocking the swimming pool that surrounded with desert landscaping and horse arenas. We also anticipate the moment when the natural aging of the landscape will make the house blend more into the site and improve the intended privacy with maintaining the views.
