À propos de Castellar Rangement d'outils de couture

Castellar est un ensemble de contenants de rangement magnétiques destinés aux outils de couture. Les contenants se fixent sur la machine à coudre, ce qui permet de garder le plan de travail dégagé pendant l'ouvrage. Les navettes sont maintenues dans la partie en forme de pont, réduisant ainsi l'espace de rangement nécessaire sur la table tout en gardant un jeu complet de navettes prêt à l'emploi pour une même tâche. Les aiguilles sont retenues sur la partie caisson par la force magnétique. Un cône concave orienté vers le bas permet de retirer les aiguilles sans se blesser la main, et quatre surfaces distinctes séparent les différents types d'aiguilles. L'ensemble est réalisé par injection plastique avec insertion d'aimants.

Propriétés Uniques: CASTELLAR is a set of magnetic storage containers which can be put on the sewing machine for keeping desktop clean while working, and improve the exciting storage containers for different tailoring tools.
The shuttles are stored in the the bridge part, reduces the storage area of the desk, and they can put a group of shuttles which needed one time. The needles are adsorbed on the box part by magnetic force, and the downward concave cone prevents users' hands from being stabbed when taking out the needles, and classify different needles with four surfaces.

Défi de Conception: There are so many kinds of tailoring tools and accessories are being used during work, so it took me a lot time to classified them and observe the timing they are used and the way they are taken, and finally find a suitable way to store them.
Recherche: The tailor ladies are the historical significance and a common memories of everyone in Taiwan. According to my survey research, Taiwanese generally respect the traditional tailor's profession, but most people's impression of them is crowded space and messy table, which leading to the low willingness to learn among young people, end up emerging industrial age faults. Therefore, I want to to create an orderly and convenient working environment through integrating the storage of appliances, improving not only the efficiency but also their professional image.
Inspiration: The tailor ladies are the historical significance and a common memories of everyone in Taiwan. During research, I found that the tailors tend to put objects on the sewing machine and set notes on it with a magnet, and since the tailoring tools are mostly made with stainless steel, I decided to use the space above the machine, combined with magnetic to do more effective storage.
Durée du Projet: The project is started in Taiwan from Sep. 2017 and to Jan. 2018.
