Both Boutique and Music est un projet d'aménagement intérieur commercial situé à Red Town, une ancienne aciérie de Shanghai devenue un quartier dédié à l'art sculptural. Le programme comprend une boutique de 370 mètres carrés et un magasin de disques de 170 mètres carrés, répartis sur deux niveaux. Le design repose sur l'idée de contraste entre Occident et Orient, ancien et nouveau, statique et dynamique. La boutique est envisagée comme un pont qui apporte des marchandises venues du monde entier, tandis que le magasin de musique s'organise autour de l'acte d'écoute concentrée. Le cadre environnant du parc artistique est préservé afin de favoriser les échanges entre les habitants du quartier.

- Red Town is place where an ironworks in Shanghai was renovation.
This great outdoor hangout spot has itself into one of Shanghai’s most popular Sculpture art districts. With galleries, cafes, exhibition spaces and creative offices, Red Town makes a great place for casual meetings and quietly working off the grid. There is also a large grassy area for reading, relaxing, doodling, picnicing and whatever it is that people.
