À propos de I Land Design intérieur résidentiel
I Land est un projet d'aménagement intérieur résidentiel conçu pour un appartement de 145 mètres carrés situé à Zhubei, Hsinchu, à Taïwan. Le plan s'organise autour d'un axe central qui intègre les canalisations et les rangements au sein d'un même système. Une structure de rangement en forme de N sépare l'espace de vie commun des chambres privées, tout en préservant l'ouverture du plan. Des quincailleries à fermeture amortie dissimulées et un meuble d'entrée aux arêtes arrondies contribuent à une esthétique épurée. Le bureau peut être fermé par une porte coulissante en verre et métal. Un enduit à texture minérale, un placage de bois clair et des carreaux à motif de pierre composent la palette de matériaux.

- The project centers on a central axis that guides both layout and functionality. The designer integrated pipelines and cabinetry into a unified system, optimizing views while subtly dividing social and private areas with an 'N-shaped' storage structure. Hidden soft-close hardware ensures a clean aesthetic. Sightlines are carefully curated, with a rounded-edge foyer cabinet welcoming visitors and guiding them toward the open-plan spaces. The study can be enclosed with a glass and metal sliding door, while rounded structural beams create a cozy atmosphere.

- This 145-square-meter project follows the concept of 'starting from scratch,' reorganizing the layout for optimal flow. The social area, including the kitchen, dining, living room, and study, is positioned to the right, with the study connected to the master bedroom to capture natural light. On the left, the private area features the parent's and children's rooms, balancing shared family life with personal space for comfort, privacy, and connection.

To address this, the design integrates hidden cabinetry, making storage an organic part of the space. A distinctive N-shaped cabinetry system creates recessed storage zones accessible from both the front and back, maintaining a clean, uncluttered look. This innovative approach allows light to flow freely, ensuring that functionality and aesthetics coexist seamlessly.

After moving in, the family of four praised the space, noting that despite the ample storage, the aesthetic remains clean and uncluttered. The exceptional natural lighting and panoramic views of the mountains and city provide a relaxing and rejuvenating environment, making daily living both peaceful and invigorating.
