MCC Shengshi International Plaza est un complexe immobilier à usage mixte situé à Zhuhai, dans la province du Guangdong, en Chine. L'ensemble s'élève sur l'île de Hengqin, à proximité du pont Lotus qui relie le site à Cotai, à Macao. Le projet comprend deux tours de bureaux de grande hauteur, un socle commercial, un jardin sur toiture et une piscine. La forme profilée s'inspire du mouvement fluide du poisson-dragon. Le dessin de la façade évoque les vagues formées par le vent et met en œuvre des panneaux d'aluminium ondulés qui assurent l'ombrage et contribuent aux économies d'énergie. Les toitures végétalisées améliorent l'isolation et réduisent les apports de chaleur au dernier étage.

The design concept is inspired by elegant cruising movement of Dragon Fish. The contour of streamlined tower and Dragon Fish dynamic physique echoes perfectly.

- Zhuhai MCC Shengshi International Plaza project is inspired by Dragon Fish tail shape, mixed-use project with its dynamic lines creates a sense of the era of the portal image and reshapes the skyline of Hengqin area which enrich urban space with Artistic sense.

- The project started in January 2017 in Zhuhai, Guangdong, China.
- Flux Opérationnel
- A fluid form inspired by the dragon fish. The design heeds to details with respect to the atrium spaces in the development. For instance, the tall, cavernous space in the tower is topped with a glass canopy to introduce natural light into the interior while adding vitality to the roof garden. The outlines of the rooftop commercial villa and the podium echo each other.
