Le J16 Smart est un scanner de codes-barres multifonction conçu pour le commerce de détail, le secteur médical, la logistique et l'industrie manufacturière. Un logiciel de gestion à distance permet de configurer le scanner d'une seule touche. Une technologie d'accélération porte la vitesse de décodage à vingt lectures par seconde. Un éclairage d'appoint multispectral reconnaît l'environnement ambiant et change automatiquement de couleur afin d'améliorer la précision. Une solution à lumière polarisée réduit la surexposition et les images fantômes provoquées par des codes-barres endommagés, flous ou réfléchissants. Le boîtier est réalisé en plastiques techniques haute résistance grâce à un procédé d'injection bicolore.

- J16 Smart is inspired by fighter jets. The appearance is interspersed with blocks and sides and cut-surface to reflect the potential energy and speed and show the ultimate efficiency of the scanner. The black streamlined shell is dotted with turquoise green, which brings a hint of liveliness in elegance and stability.

The 1.5-inch HD touchscreen supports fast startup. J16 Smart supports Bluetooth 5.0 connection and direct connection to AP or PC via Wi-Fi, so that data transmission can be done without the base.
