Laguna 182 est un immeuble résidentiel situé à Itajaí, dans l'État de Santa Catarina, au Brésil. La tour compte vingt-neuf étages et quarante et un appartements répartis selon quatorze plans d'étage différents, à raison de deux appartements par niveau. Des lignes courbes et sinueuses dessinent la façade. Les terrasses en béton en porte-à-faux changent de position à chaque étage, si bien que chaque appartement dispose d'un jardin privatif. Une végétation naturelle se déploie sur l'ensemble du bâtiment. Les matériaux employés comprennent le béton, le verre, la céramique, l'acier galvanisé, le matériau composite d'aluminium et le bois certifié. Le projet vise à réduire l'impact environnemental et à favoriser un sentiment de communauté.

- Propriétés Uniques
- Through an outline of curved and sinuous lines, with an unique terraces that switch in different positions on each floor, providing that each apartment has its own private gardens. This movement flows vertically throughout the building, surrounded by natural vegetation that integrate and becoming a prominent element in architecture, in the quality of life, in the same way that the building impacts the relationship of users with the sustainability, community, architecture and urban spaces.

- The development consists of a residential building with twenty-nine floors, two apartment per floor. totalizing 41 apartments on 14 different floor plans.
