ArtVinegar est un kit à faire soi-même permettant de transformer chez soi les fruits imparfaits en vinaigre de fruits. Le kit comprend une bouteille en verre, un choix d'arômes de vinaigre et un manuel imprimé. Les consommateurs peuvent choisir des fruits peu attrayants ou trop mûrs dans les supermarchés, les marchés de primeurs ou les petits marchés de producteurs. La bouteille est fabriquée en verre brun recyclé selon un procédé de bullage, et le motif de bulles évoque les bulles de la fermentation du vinaigre. Une fois vide, la bouteille peut être rapportée au point de vente pour être recyclée. Le gaspillage alimentaire est ainsi réduit et la durabilité encouragée.

- The glass bottle of the ArtVinegar is made of commonly recycled brown glass by the bubbling process, and the Square sheng conveys the reminiscence of traditional vinegar making. The bubble pattern on the bottle echoes the bubbles of vinegar fermentation.
