Heting Barbecue est un intérieur de restaurant et bar situé au troisième étage d'un immeuble commercial à Jinan. L'espace de 360 mètres carrés associe une table de grillades, un izakaya, un restaurant musical et un bar. Le bois, la pierre, la lumière et l'ombre sont agencés selon une approche architecturale, créant des perspectives variées au sein d'une surface limitée. Un mur de fond décalé se dresse au centre de la salle à manger, où l'éclairage révèle les contrastes entre les différentes surfaces matérielles. D'anciennes briques vertes évoquent le caractère historique de la ville.

- There is no direct light source on site, and the whole space is indirect light source. In order to achieve an ideal warm scene effect, the design and construction team must debug the light source several times. In addition, the decorative materials are all original, such as the old green brick, to achieve the taste of old Jinan, but also to look beautiful, which requires many experiments, size, surface treatment is a challenge.
- Recherche
- Located on the third floor of the commercial building, the project has multiple functions such as barbecue, izakaya, music restaurant and bar. In order to present a better effect, in the construction process, the size and installation must be accurate. Since many aspects of construction technology and detail treatment are the first attempt, it is necessary to communicate and coordinate with suppliers and construction parties for many times.
- Inspiration
- Jinan is a historical ancient city. Up to now, there is a complete section of the Ming city wall which faces the case across the road. Under the historical memory, cultural heritage and the prospect of the times, the designer has the context and tone of the space design, and also learned the concept of artistic expression in the space.
- Durée du Projet
- The project started in December 2018 in Jinan and finished in December 2019 in Jinan.
- Flux Opérationnel
- In the dining area, there is a dislocated background wall in the center of the viewpoint. It can have a very three-dimensional background under lighting, which can form a direct comparison of different material surfaces and increase the richness of space.
