Tietoa: Teos Tekokvartsipinta

Teos on tekokvartsipinta, joka on suunniteltu keittiön työtasoille ja mittatilaustyönä valmistettaviin pintaratkaisuihin. Teos valmistetaan luonnonkvartsirakeista ja kehittyneistä polymeereistä, jotka puristetaan tiiviiksi täryvalulla tyhjiössä, kovetetaan uunissa ja kiillotetaan timanttihiontamenetelmällä. Pinta on huokoseton, hygieeninen ja kestävä naarmuja, kemikaaleja ja kulutusta vastaan, eikä sitä tarvitse käsitellä vuosittain suoja-aineella. Suonikuvio sekä läpikuultavan ja läpinäkymättömän pohjan yhdistelmä tuovat mieleen Bianco Arabescato -marmorin, tarjoten kestävän vaihtoehdon kiville, joista on tulossa yhä harvinaisempia.

Ainutlaatuiset ominaisuudet: Teos have superior properties such as scratch resistance thanks to process raw materials is quartz minerals hardest material; nonporous due to engineered stone technology. Hygienic and antibacterial surfaces, shiny like diamonds, sustainable every slab, fireproof, higher chemical resistance, higher abrasion, flexural and impact strength, thermal shock and slip resistance and so on never been on natural stones and marble.
Mitat ja pakkaus: Teos is a compound quartz stone. Product dimensions, width 1520 mm, depth 20/30 mm (optional acc to the customer wish), height 3100 mm. The compound quartz stone produced by vibratory pressing under vacuum process. Products use kitchen countertops and cut to size surface solutions. Several finishing treatments are available. Protection and maintenance is easy due to product high technology superior properties. The product surface food contact, hygienic and antibacterial.

Tuotantoteknologia: Teos quartz surfaces are composed of natural quartz aggregates, which is one of the hardest minerals in nature, and advanced polymers, making it hard and resilient, even harder and four times more resistant to flexion than granite. This compacted structure makes Teos very hard and nonporous, one of the most important advantages of the quartz surfaces is that they never need to be waxed for sealing every year whereas natural granite, marble do.
Muotoiluhaaste: Carrara Bianco Arabescato marble is getting harder to find each day and it’s very expensive. Teos derived from this challenge, offers relatively cheaper, sustainable and also a more durable product to the market. Rather than the marble, Teos has stable opaque and tranparant dual color base and very unique log vein patterns on each slab, high chemical, physical and abrasion resistance. Teos is our offer as a better alternative instead of already extincting Carrara Bianco Arabescato marble.
Tutkimus: The design data collected from natural Carrara Bianco Arabescato white marble and inspired from its user demand. The design raw materials chosen from most transparent and opaque quartz granules on earth to create dual color transition on the base three diamentional deep effect.Different range of quartz granules set together at the powder quartz and pigments for technical design, developed at the R&D pilot plant. Standard tests apply to the prototype product. Visually and technically design confirmation scale up the design at the plant mass production and the aesthetical checks repeated for final approval.
Inspiraatio: Teos design is inspired from the natural marble called Bianco Arabescato at Carrara region Italy which is getting each day more rare on earth. Teos have an opaque and transparent dual colour at basement which gives the surface tri-diamentional effect.The vein design inspired from a special marble called Bianco Arabescato. What makes it unique is that, it is the natures interpretation as a marble look design in a more sustainable and durable way of engineered stone. Engineered stone composed of semi precious quartz granules with special polymers.
Projektin kesto: The Teos Project started at 2017 in Belenco research and development laboratory pilot plant, start up in 2017 at the production and exhibited to the market at 2018. Since 2018 to these time Belenco Teos is on the market (mainly USA).
Toimintaprosessi: Natural quartz minerals and resin composed in mixers. The mixture transport directly to distribution unit. Vein effect unit gives a marble look pattern. Mixture go to the vibration press under vacuum and pressed. The slab shaped to length of 310 cm and the width of 152 cm and the thickness of 20/30 mm (optional acc to the customer wish), cured at the oven, polished with diamond abrasives to give them higher glosses finishes and final quality control area separated the slabs to their quality and pick up glossy surface face to face, bundled and transport to the clients.
