Tietoa: Valley Daja Center Sales Myyntikeskuksen sisustussuunnittelu

Valley Dajia Center Sales on myyntikeskuksen sisätila Wuhanissa, Kiinassa, ja sen pinta-ala on 1622,7 neliömetriä. Suunnittelu on saanut inspiraationsa valonsäteistä, ja siinä yhdistyvät yksinkertaiset geometriset muodot ja hienot linjat. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa sijaitsee pääasiallinen oleskelutila sekä juhlabaari ja lounge-alueet. Toisessa kerroksessa on pienoismallialue, neuvottelualue, vesibaari, näyttelyalue ja toimistoalue. Materiaaleihin kuuluvat erikoisviimeistelty metalliseoslevy, tumma puu, tumma mosaiikkibetoni, harjattu metalli sekä harmaa ja vaalea mikrosementti. Sisätila yhdistää liiketoiminnan, kulttuurin ja taiteen.

Ainutlaatuiset ominaisuudet: In Wuhan, a city reputed for open and free atmosphere, the designer attempts to restore a new pattern where business, culture and art coexist. Inspired by light rays, the design handily infuses multiple materials such as radium, and makes simple geometric shapes coherent with fine lines. In an art gallery as dazzling as prism, every visitor will be impressed by the young and dynamic lifestyle.
Mitat ja pakkaus: The project covers an area of 1622.7m2,, including reception desk, preface hall, audio video experience, landscape staircase, party bar, sandbox area, negotiation area, water bar, VR game area, children's activity area.

Tuotantoteknologia: This project is made up of alloy plate special finish, dark wood finish, dark terrazzo, brushed metal finish, texture metal finish, gray microcement and light microcement.
Muotoiluhaaste: Based in Wuhan, China Optics Valley is endeavored to be an “Optics Valley of the World". Set in the privileged geographical location and aligning in the aesthetic needs of contemporary young people, this project is intended to build the "Prism Art Life Gallery" with contemporary, artistic and modern attributes. How to integrate the design with the epoch, local development and brand poses a challenge. The designer boldly deconstructs the composition elements of the building façade, exploits irregular matrix changes such as "zigzag" and "X" to distribute bold, exaggerated and future-minded streamlined bodies across all areas, and constructs a 3D, pluralistic and immense artistic atmosphere, which reflects the trendy spirit of the city.
Tutkimus: Visual effect is the visitor’s first sense of space. Materials and colors open up infinite possibilities. How to infuse natural environment, local culture and art is the criterion we consider. Given the unique epoch of the project site, we capitalize on new technologies, materials, needs and design trends to impose a positive influence on design and in turn, boost the development of this design.
Inspiraatio: The expansion of techies boosts the city renewal. The project is designed in a way that subverts the traditional aesthetic standard, uses a trendy art language, and presents an alternative interpretation perspective of spatial sensuality. The city is lit by a beam which reflects the youthful vitality.
Projektin kesto: The project started the design stage in 2021, constructed in early 2022 and put into operation in November 2022.
Toimintaprosessi: As opposed to ordinary sales space with the first floor exhibiting the main function, the first floor of “Wuhan Optics Valley Dajia Center” showcases the main living space, some youthful venues such as party, cocktail lounge provide techies with the potential exhibit of future life, what you are seeing truly projects aesthetics, interests, trendy ideas and lifestyle. As a continuation of the first-floor elements, the second floor is supplemented by the desired functions including sandbox area, negotiation area, water bar area, exhibition area and office area. Things develop from both ends and go to the extremity, the existence of paradox leads to irreconcilable, prism-like visual aesthetics, reflecting a young and energetic lifestyle.
