Tietoa: Reev Cruiser Sähköpotkulauta

Reev Cruiser on sähköpotkulauta, joka on suunniteltu kaupunkien mikroliikkumiseen. Potkulaudassa hyödynnetään autoteollisuuden suunnittelumenetelmiä pienessä henkilökohtaisessa ajoneuvossa. Turvallisuusominaisuuksiin kuuluvat törmäyksenestotutka, ABS-jarrut, hybridinen kaksoisjarrujärjestelmä, palonilmaisujärjestelmä, automaattiset suuntavilkut sekä varkaudenestojärjestelmä. Potkulautaa ohjataan keskuskonsolin avulla, ja mobiilisovellus tarjoaa vanhempien valvontaominaisuuden, matkalokin nopeussuosituksineen, valoteeman valinnan sekä vikojen tunnistuksen. Runko on valmistettu taivutetusta pellistä, mikä pitää rakenteen kevyenä, kestävänä ja edullisena valmistaa.

Ainutlaatuiset ominaisuudet: By merging the automotive industry into its design, REEV Cruiser scooter functions like a smart car. ABS, anti-collision radar, trip loggers for speed recommendation, hybrid dual brake systems, fire detection systems, automotive chassis design, auto turn signals, in-app parent control, and many other features, enable maximum safety. The user may change light themes, detect and prevent theft, identify a computer or mechanical problem, and operate Bluetooth-enabled devices using a phone app.

Tuotantoteknologia: We had to develop a Robust, long-lasting design that appear futuristic from any angle, yet would be inexpensive to manufacture - That's why we chose tin folding. We combine the design, technical and electronic components to make sure that they could function in the presence of shaking, stumbling and under heavy rain. We have created 8 functional prototypes since 2021. We developed a console that serves as the scooter's brain, and makes the scooter completely operated through a phone app.
Muotoiluhaaste: The Hardest part was to insure a durable structure, uncompromising product design and all the tech solutions we wanted to have, under an affordable price tag. The more we developed our product - the more it got expensive. We truly wanted to bring a safe' strong and beautiful product to market - so we found the best solutions to our question's trough production technics. We hope to make our product available at any home, and put the highest standard of safety when it comes to micromobility.
Tutkimus: As a transportation designer, I had to ask my self - How can I re invent such a core product to distinguish out from the competitors while preserving its functionality?
The design idea and manufacturing methods required careful consideration. To produce a lightweight, affordable, durable, and aesthetically beautiful product, I based mydesign on tin folds. It allowed me to find REEV's true distinctive design DNA, whichspeaks the same language as its powerful and high-tech scooter capabilities.
Inspiraatio: The micromobility sector is expanding, and it is hard to ignore the risks that this industry faces.
Poor infrastructure, a high chance of a technological failure, sliding or falling. Scooters are extremely dangerous and cause numerous accidents today due to their low-tech technology in comparison to road cars. This harms the reputation of the sector, which is illogical considering that micromobility is ecologically friendly, good to society, and will be extensively utilized in the near future.

The phone app enables our users to be completely aware of their scooter, almost as if it were a living being.
